Returns Policy and Breakages

We will try to make this as simple as possible so if in doubt please don’t hesitate to contact – we are humans after all and not robots. At Stagers Lifestyle LTD we understand that you may like to return an item. If you would like to make a return, we ask you get back to us with this decision within 14 days of receiving the product. Always contact us before returning a product as it will be rejected otherwise — contact us at

All items sold during Sale time or sold from the Bargain Bucket cannot be returned. 

Once the return has been approved by Stagers Lifestyle LTD, the product must be returned to us within 14 days of cancellation or it will not be accepted. All items must be returned in the original packaging and condition they were sent in — otherwise a full exchange / refund will not be possible. Please note that all product from The Collectables Range are sold ‘as described’ and cannot be returned. Please read product descriptions and assess photos carefully – we are always happy to send on further imagery of product if required.

Breakages: Please ensure that you open your order upon arrival and check for breakages. We need to be informed of any issues within 48 hours of you receiving your order.

How to Return Items
Please email us at prior to return with your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once the item(s) has been approved by Stagers Lifestyle LTD,. please return to the address below and insure that you include the above info in the package:

It is your responsibility to ensure that items are packaged securely and in the original packaging. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded. Stagers lifestyle LTD. strongly recommend that you use signed for, insured delivery and keep the receipt. When posting your item back, you should obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless deemed to be a manufacturing fault.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Whilst we take every care to ensure your item arrives with you in one piece, occasionally items do get damaged during transit. Please inform us within 48 hours of receipt if your item has been damaged during transit. For items deemed to have a manufacturing fault, please inform us within 14 days of receipt. For any faulty / damaged items, we will ask for a photograph of the product to be sent prior to return.
Please do not destroy or throw away any product or packing, even if it’s faulty, before we have confirmed how to proceed. Once we have confirmed a product is faulty, we will then offer you a means of returning the parcel at our cost. You will then have 14 days to return the parcel at our cost, after which time our standard Returns Policy applies.
